Returns & Replacements
We will only accept returns that have prior authorisation from our company. All goods returned to us must be accompanied by original transaction receipt. Replacement products will only be despatched after return products are received. The freight of products returned to us due to damage, faults or incorrect delivery will be borne by the purchaser. All goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds and Credits
Father Christmas will issue a refund or credit note where applicable once returned goods are received and confirmed to be in original condition and packaging. Where goods cannot be supplied, and an appropriate alternative is not available, we will issue a credit for these goods. Where goods are lost in transit a credit/refund will only be issued after official confirmation that the goods are lost from the delivery company. Refunds will not be offered for change of mind. Refunds will be returned via the method payment was received.
Whilst every effort is made to supply you with quality products there are occasions where goods may be faulty from the manufacturer. If a product is faulty please cease using it immediately. In this event we will replace the product for you within 90 days of original purchase. Items damaged through misuse or repacking will not be covered for exchange or refund. If the same item is unavailable we will offer you an alternative product of the same or lesser value or refund.
