Welcome to 24 hour fast, easy shopping online with Father Christmas Designs. In order to provide you with a quality, enjoyable shopping experience we have outlined the terms and conditions of using our online shopping service.
Please note that by finalising your purchase you have acknowledged that you have read the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to periodical review and may change. It is important to review them with each purchase to ensure that there are no changes that may affect you.
Product Availability
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that products displayed on this website are available there may be times when a product becomes unavailable due to stock shortages. In the event that a product you order is unavailable we will contact you to suggest a replacement stock item. . If an alternative item is not suitable we will refund your money. Where we are able to fulfil part of your order we shall do so and refund your money for the remaining unfulfilled part.
Pricing
Pricing on this website is subject to change without notice. When pricing is reviewed it will automatically be updated on the website. All pricing on this site is in Australian dollars and includes GST of 10% as applicable under Australian law.
For goods ordered outside of Australia, GST will still be applied as well as additional freight charges and any additional duties and taxes levied in country of receipt. For orders outside of Australia please e-mail us at sales@fatherchristmas.net.au.
Delivery Time
Once payment is received we will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours. If there is any delay in despatching your order we will contact you via e-mail to advise of the status of your order.
Freight and Postage
Where possible deliveries will be made through Australia Post services. The delivery fee will be calculated when you place your order online. Your order is despatched from our warehouse at Logan (Qld).
For bulky goods that cannot be delivered through Australia Post a delivery charge will be calculated and we will contact you via e-mail or phone to advise you of any additional freight charges.
For orders placed outside Australia freight and taxes will be calculated accordingly and we will contact you to advise of final cost.
Incorrect Delivery
Whilst every effort is made to supply you with the correct goods, occasionally we may accidentally supply an incorrect product to you. If this occurs please notify us via e-mail (sales@fatherchristmas.net.au) or phone (07 3299 5660) within 24 hours to arrange return of incorrect product and despatch of appropriate goods.
Products Damaged in Transit
Every care is taken in packaging your products for a safe delivery. Occasionally some products may be damaged in transit. If this occurs please contact us via e-mail (sales@fatherchristmas.net.au) or phone (07 3299 5660) to arrange return of damaged goods and replacement product.
Lost in Transit
If your order fails to arrive within 7 days of despatch please contact us immediately so that we can trace your order. If the order cannot be located within 7 days of your notification we will replace the goods immediately. Where goods are no longer available you may be offered a refund or credit note for the cost of the goods.
Faulty Products
Whilst every effort is made to supply you with quality products there are occasions where goods may be faulty from the manufacturer. If a product is faulty please cease using it immediately. In this event we will replace the product for you. If this occurs please contact us via e-mail (sales@fatherchristmas.net.au) or phone (07 3299 5660) to arrange return of faulty goods and replacement product.
Returns
We will only accept returns that have prior authorisation from our company. All goods returned to us must be accompanied by original transaction receipt. Replacement products will only be despatched after return products are received. The freight of products returned to us due to damage, faults or incorrect delivery will be borne by Father Christmas Designs.
All goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds and Credits
Father Christmas Designs will issue a refund or credit note where applicable once returned goods are received and confirmed to be in original condition and packaging. Where goods cannot be supplied, and an appropriate alternative is not available, we will issue a credit for these goods. If goods are lost in transit a credit/refund will only be issued after official confirmation that the goods are lost from the delivery company.
Privacy
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We value your continuing relationship with us and understand the importance of protecting your sensitive personal information. Your details will never be forwarded to a third party and your details only used in your transactions with us. We will occasionally e-mail you updates on products and special offers. If you do not wish to receive these please e-mail us (sales@fatherchristmas.net.au) to remove you from this list.
Secure Payments
Shopping online with Father Christmas Designs is completely secure. We utilise the services of Paypal. Paypal is a secure payment option used by many inter-net providers due to its security features.
Where credit card details are given over the telephone they are used only for that transaction and never stored.
Product Representation
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that the product displayed on our website is as close to the actual product as possible there may be variations in colour and size. Due to differences in computer monitors colour variations can occur. Product size in pictures is not always representative of actual size.
